As a former HR, this is discrimination. If she actually said what you just described, you shall report her immediately. , to your manager and HR. It's not your problem. It's direct discrimination, which shall not be tolerated. The only thing is, did she actually point at your stutter? I am not questioning your honesty it's just unbelievably stupid people would say that at a workplace.
