Using your name mid sentence usually helps. For example, saying “HeyI’mAlex” by linking and flowing each word into the next significantly reduces blocks. If we start with just “Alex”, there’s a highly probability of blocking. Use a softer starting word and flow on from there into your name. Practice it over and over and your brain will automatically learn that new speech pattern for introductions. That will take away a fair bit of anxiety to begin with.
