I totally see how that would work in a situation where the other person knows you have an impediment. But what if the other person is a stranger that doesn't know? To him, it would just look like you stopped talking. If I was in a situation where the other person blocked (and I didn't know about it), I would assume he's mentally challenged if he randomly stopped talking halfway through a sentence and just stared at me. Have you found a way around this?
