Yes. A stutter will weigh me down in board /management meetings. I'm intimidated to interject, speak up, make my points. But the primarily limitation there is myself, and it's something I'm trying to get over. When I actually speak up, I have found those same groups to be particularly understanding and patient. The key is to keep speaking up. Don't hold yourself back. Definitely go for the MBA if it's what you want.
