I’m sorry you’re feeling this way, and believe me, I’ve been through those moments too. To be honest, that mindset is not helpful at all. You need to take control of your stutter and your life. Go see a speech therapist who specialises in stuttering. Learn the fluency shaping techniques and practice, practice, practice. It won’t be easy, but it will be life changing. You can do this! Have faith in yourself!
