(I don't mean you "shouldn't" go to management...just saying it could feel overwhelming. IF you did, you wouldn't have to name the person, just say you've had this problem in general at this Starbuck's and you thought the manager should know because you don't believe it's the kind of attitude they want to project. I actually think it'd be great if you did that.)
