How do you guys deal with talking to girls in the night life environment? Talking and hitting on girls in bars and clubs is hard enough without a stutter, but it's next to impossible with one. In an environment where there are a ton of guys you gotta compete with, and pretty much the only way to get anywhere is by projecting a large amount of confidence, a stutter can really hold you back. Also, it's an environment where everyone's flaws are magnified; people are very picky and they're a lot less willing to talk to you if they don't find you attractive. I kinda feel like a stutter immediately "disqualifies" you from the pool of guys, since there isn't any reason for the girl to remain in a situation she finds awkward when there are a million other "normal" guys who can she can talk to instead. I was curious about your experiences in these kinds of scenes (clubs, bars, parties, etc.). Any advice, tips or just reflections on your experiences would be appreciated.
