It is for more than just stuttering, we often talk about other topics also. 3. Find a place to volunteer at. 4. Play online games with nontoxic group, our discord is a good place also. 5. Work on your hobby or find a new ones. Then find an online community to share with. Don't do the following: 1. Linger on negative thoughts. 2. Read negative news.
