I feel like over time you just learn to become more vulnerable in both stuttering and being upfront about saying you have a stutter. By that I mean you do a mindset shift and just think whatever happens, happens. The less weight you put on it yourself will show when you talk to others. And also, if someone isn't okay with your stutter, you wouldn't want that person in your life anyway. I think meditation will help with what I mentioned above. Keep going, don't let your stutter stop you from being who you aspire to be.
