People who stutter because you talk too fast, what do you do to slow yourself down? I'm 27 and have had a stutter my whole life, I work in retail and although my stutter isn't as severe as others, I still struggle with it. I do have the occasional block but I'm pretty sure mine is because I talk very fast at times. I tend to do everything fast (talking, typing, reading) I'm very impatient with people who do anything slow and feel like I'm always waiting on something, whether it be someone else or even myself. What are some tips/tricks that you guys and gals use to slow yourself down?
