If you want to join the stutter discord https://discord.gg/F37Gtj3 It really helped me to (at least kinda i guess coz stutter) talk with other stutterers. What also really helped me (even though this doesnt get automatic and is mentally exhausting) is creating a "reverse nocebo" which is just "trying" to stutter, for some reason my stutter just seams to dissapear whenever i "try" to stutter, listening to podcasts also defenitly helps boost "speach confidence" because it kinda feels like it is your own voice that is speaking fluently. 6 years of speach therapy didnt do shit for me and i was bullied too, also in college now, the reverse-nocebo method helps with the mid sentence stuff but i just cant stop the blocks (which is just so akward during presentations, sometimes its 10+ seconds to finally be able to talk after gasping for air, but i think i dont need to explain to you :) ) Just dont kill yourself, its not worth it, this is just a low point in your life, things will get better and you will be thinking back to this moment as the moment you luckily didnt kill yourself.
