Friend of mine in school growing up had a stutter too - our conversations with each other where always the most fluent chats of the day - He knew I struggled with it more than he did, so he'd say - "Donal, if you can't say it, sing it." And it worked. He'd just hook it to a melody of a song in his head... and the world adjusted.
