I don't mean to alarm you but you need to see a doctor as soon as you can   suddenly developing  speech difficulties   like how you described is very uncommon  this could be a sign of a few different  serious health problems   You need to create a log of everything related to what youve been experiencing and  share that with a professional  be as detailed as possible  Best of luck homie :)
