I suggest meditation man. Sounds like you are under a good deal of stress, your mind probably never gets to rest. And I don't mean sitting idle watching tv or even reading a book, I mean sitting in silence, trying to calm your mind and discipline it. It has helped me tremendously with my stress and by extension my stutter. I don't know what else to tell you other than, it could be MUCH MUCH worse. What you described briefly is just the tip of the massive ice berg that is stuttering in ones life. Things can get better man, hang in there. PS: I should add meditation is not affiliated with any religion, it is simply a practice, a hobby if you will, but it works wonders. Harvard even released a study on its positive effects on the brain
