Breath from the diaphragm instead of the chest, you become more relaxed when breathing from the diaphragm. Don't think about it to much, the more you think about your stutter the worst its going to get no matter what you do you still going to stutter but to make It less stressful just take deep breath and just keep moving, u got this don't worry.👌🏽
