It's natural to get mad sometimes. But if you weren't angry, all the better for you. I would call someone out for their poor reaction though. "Hey man. I have a speech impediment. I ain't mad, but do me a solid and treat the next person you run into who stutters better than this. Having a stutter is hard enough without people finding it funny." Option 2 being reporting how you were treated to the owner / management. I'd be more inclined to go with option 1, as a lot of people just don't have any prior encounters with stutterers.
