I do that. I've attended speech therapy and regular therapy. I have my issues in life, like everybody else. I'm constantly studying my triggers in my almost four decades of life (but mostly in this last decade), and I've improved a lot in the long run. I certainly have a lot to improve yet, but that's life, and that's the beauty of being alive. I'm continually seeking to know myself (that's why therapy is so important), know what I like, but most importantly, what I dislike because then we can set boundaries. It's a day-to-day task. It's tiring but also empowering because that has led me to love myself and embrace myself a little more daily. I appreciate your concern anyway, and I wish you all the best.
