SSRIs do not help my stutter at all, but they do come with several undesirable side effects. Adderall actually was the only thing that I found that helped with fluency…. But at times I talked so fast that people couldn’t understand me. But it too has undesirable side effects. Weight loss, loss of appetite, messes with sleep schedule and such.
