It's more complicated these are to help. The idea is don't stutter don't push thru blocks. Stuttering reinforces the neural pathways that cause you to stutter. Not engaging them, makes them less prominent. I didn't use them too much but they can help. But it's going to take work, and maybe it will help maybe it won't. But you can try not doing anything and just accept you stutter and stutter proudly maybe just hope things get better. Or try something and see if it helps. But I would at least try 2 months of reading aloud and listening to yourself and see if you improve or not.
