As an slp you need to know how to imitate stuttering. What if your client doesn't understand what they're doing and to need to show them? What if you need to demonstrate different types of stuttering to better explain a point? Personally, Im not worried the slightest about you doing it "respectfully". I'm confident you won't intentionally be a jackass about it. After that, I'd want you to push your comfort zone.
