I just started college and I really hate it and I don't know if I can keep going

I just started college and I really hate it and I don't know if I can keep going \*This isn't a suicide note Title. During welcome week of college I tried to meet new people but I stuttered so badly. People just think I'm weird. I haven't any friends since like 6th grade, so I have virtually no social skills. It's just so hard, I can't keep living like this anymore. I stutter so badly and no one understands me.
