I used to get stuck on the "What's your name?" question all the time. The thing that helped me was when I got a job at a supermarket as a cashier. We had phones that we could use when we had to call a manager or when we needed to look up an item. The first few weeks were terrible since I continued to stutter, as I always had, but after a while it started to improve because I had to introduce myself each time I called (which was several times a day). Now that I think about it, it's probably been about a year since I last stuttered trying to say my name. Granted, I still stutter in some situations or even for no reason at all, but it's a great confidence boost to know that you can say something and that you can say it well.
