Something that actually helped my speaking anxiety (not what I expected) I’ve struggled with speaking anxiety/stuttering for a long time, especially in situations where I feel put on the spot. Recently I started thinking about it differently, and it actually helped me reduce a lot of the pressure I was putting on myself when speaking. I made a short video explaining the shift in mindset that helped me. Not selling anything, just sharing in case it helps someone else here: If this kind of post isn’t allowed, feel free to remove. And if anyone else has found things that helped them, I’d genuinely like to hear.
