If there were a test like there is for down syndrome during pregnancy, would you be in favor for aborting your child if you knew they will have a severe stutter? Since the down syndrome test in Iceland there are practically zero kids with down syndrome since a pretty much every mother aborts the pregnancy. Its a huge debate and controversy.
