My/my mom's house burned down halfway through college. Through a series of unfortunate events there was no insurance. Had to take on a full time job to pay for rent. For a few years it was jumping around from job to job. Mostly pizza delivery driver. Eventually I got into floor coverings through one of my uncles. Put my nose to the grindstone for 12 years, made as much money as I could, and made a few smart (lucky) investments. During those 12 years I got married to my highschool crush, bought a house, and two new cars. My wife is already tired of hers but I'm gonna drive mine until the wheels fall off (and then I'mma put 'em back on). Now I am the account manager for a large-scale commercial flooring outfit that does most of its work in NYC. My wife and I are coming up on our ten year anniversary!
