Yup, you stutter. Yup, you’re nervous and you’re going to stutter. And, you have research to present that they want to hear. You’re the expert. What you have to say is important. How do you de-stress? I run so I get to the point I just don’t care. It doesn’t change that heart wrenching anticipation. Do what you can to take care of yourself so you’re in a good place when you speak. (I don’t stutter, but I understand being gripped by fear. I fully acknowledge that you have it much harder than I do) I wish you the best. Please report back and tell us how it went. Know that we’re all here for you
