Hi my love, First of all, don’t worry. Whether you stutter or not, I’m so proud of you already. :) This is what I do to manage my stutter. Sometimes I deliver the whole thing without stuttering or I do it a lil in between or throughout. I don’t know why that happens. -So in my case, I stutter when I’m uncertain about something or I HAVE to frame sentences on the spot in front of people. What I do is, I memorize it properly. Every word. Same tone. It kind of stores in your head like a song so you don’t have to newly do anything or fill in with “uhhh” or “hmm”. So take your time, try to memorize as much as possible. It’ll help :) Or if you find it difficult to memorize, maybe record yourself and play it. Doesn’t matter if you stutter, you just have to memorize the words somehow :) - I take a deep breath before every sentence I finish it till I go out of breath. Without any commas in between. Otherwise I stutter in between the sentence. -I try a different accent/try to pronounce words in a different way. -Personally, I’ve noticed that I stutter when I talk in a high-pitched voice. So I make my voice deep and low. I also talk really slowly and try to visualize the words. The trick is, know what you’re saying. Try to feel each word and deliver it. Everyone comes up with their own solutions if they don’t have access to a professional. This might or might not work for you, but I just wanted to help you with what works for me :). All the best hun, you got this :) ❤️
