Stuttering gets worse the longer I’ve been continuously speaking and in loud environments Anyone notice this happening to them as well? If I’m coming off a long break of speech, I find that I’m extremely fluent. But the longer I speak continuously (can be a conversation with pauses too) I notice that my fluency gets worse. I also notice that I get a lot worse when I’m speaking in a loud environment (like a bar/restaurant), and also if there is a lot of space between me and who I’m speaking to (think talking to someone across a wide table). For example had a train wreck of a first date that was in a loud restaurant with a super wide table 😂 Would love to know if this happens to anyone else and/or if theyve done anything to improve it!
