I personally advise against any benzos. I believe they are zombie drugs and should probably be used only in absolutely extreme circumstances. For me, they accelerated suicidal thoughts and made me a shell of a human. I've seen people lose their personality on them. Very addictive. Luckily I only tried them a handful of times. They are very dark drugs, in my opinion.
