Have you noticed scammers on this sub?

Have you noticed scammers on this sub? I've gotten a few messages on this sub from people trying to get me to join their speach courses and telling me they can cure my stutter. I also see posts sometimes about how you can permanently cure your stutter theough using a certain method they discovered and I honestly don't know if it's from a scammer or naive teens in this sub who think they cured their stutter.
