Phone stutter So I work in logistics and am on the phone for 40 hours a week. I've had this block that comes up everytime that I answer the phone and it's on the name of the company that I work for. My neck muscles get tense and it feels like there's a lump in my throat. When I answer the phone, I say "(company name), this is (my first name)". I have such a hard time just picking the phone up and saying it. It usually takes a few seconds before anything comes out of my mouth and the person on the other line thinks no one is there. For a while I just would say "this is (my first name)" because I had such an issue saying the company name. Not sure if the phone is an anxiety trigger or what, but I have struggled answering the phone for years. How do you guys get past a block like that?
