Very interesting hypothesis about inner speech and stuttering [https://understandingdysfluency.com/2016/04/18/stuttering-a-new-theory-that-could-shed-light/](https://understandingdysfluency.com/2016/04/18/stuttering-a-new-theory-that-could-shed-light/) i strongly recommend reading this article, its about inner speech and stuttering problem, basically what is author saying is that, our stuttering brains cant recognise difference between our inner speech and our actual try to say something out loud, so basically this 2 inputs mix together wich causing our brain to panic and that leads to inability to say something straight forward, I'm gonna try few things in this theory, like trying to calm my inner speech by meditatons or saying straight forward while talking to somebody instead of saying it in my inner speech too often, overall this seem as very interesting hyphotesis
