Precisely why I posted it :) Here's my best advice: 1. Don't worry about other people. Some will be nice, and some will be jerks. The best thing you can do is just be yourself 2. Be patient with yourself 3. Be patient with other people. As frustrating as it can be to speak, it can be just as frustrating to listen to us 4. Laugh at yourself. Seriously. Sometimes the way we speak is so absurd and inexplicable, all you can do is laugh about it. Plus, it makes other people more comfortable with your peculiarities 5. Take some time each day to meditate and visualize being fluent. It sounds hokey, but it's really like training your brain to behave
