Typically I stutter more when I feel like I'm put in the centre of attention, also when I talk to someone that has some kind of power over me. And obviously when i gotta introduce myself and all I can think about is "they're gonna notice that I stutter"- so in general I stutter when I focus on the fact that I stutter. I guess that's why my stutter is especially bad around my father who stutters aswell and passed it onto me (thanks dad); he's the one that's supposed to get me but ironically he's the one that seems less accepting, maybe because it's a painful reminder for him (btw his stutter is basically non existing now). But idk my stutter is kinda all over the place and fluctuates a lot
