As opposed to the DAF/FAF method, the MPI (Modifying Phonation Intervals) therapy is a permanent solution (which means that you don't have to rely on your app/smart phone for speaking fluently). The PWS are trained to change their speech pattern and most will achieve natural sounding stutter-free speech afterwards.
