Thanks for the detailed reply! As far as Speech Therapists go, not everyone can afford the per hour cost and many of the people feel discouraged to do anything for their stutterers as they believe only a speech therapist can help them. I tried it. The therapist simply couldn't understand or give me the right exercises for what I needed. With that being said, I know this won't be beneficial for every kind of stutterer, but it should give them some sort of starting point to get better in their life that they've started to hate (felt a-lot of negative vibes in this subreddit as I skimmed through).
