But make sure your exhale is longer, like around 4 seconds, and try to slow it down as much as you can. The main point is to always speak during the exhale, not before or after. Do it in a fast rhythm: quick inhale, speak while exhaling slowly, and then repeat the cycle. It really helps with fluency.
