Yes, I was told I need a waiver. The Doctor put it on. I'm stuck with it, for good or ill. I'll go on and ask if I can send an audio sample. My ASVAB Scores were decent (I qualified for the majority enlisted army jobs). As for DLAB, I don't know a foreign language, so I'm out for that. The main complication besides my stutter was a failed depth perception test. I think it might complicate things.
