It is both interesting and very lax. I'm in a very nice position to set my own schedule and dress how I want. Since I'm a self motivated person, it's easy for me to work independently. I've produced a handful of low-budget feature films in New York City, and now work in New Orleans for startups and small companies just getting off the ground. My current work is a lot of project management and planning mixed with hardcore web development. The only downside is that its difficult to switch between the planning part of my brain and the programming part of my brain, but I can divide my schedule to do most of the programming work in the morning and early afternoon and do planning and strategy in the evenings.
