If you've ever seen the popular show and #1 live podcast called Kill Tony on YouTube, there's a comedian, Ahren Belisle,  with cerebral palsy, who can't speak and uses a unique, deep voice generated through a text-to-speech device and software. I believe it's simply called text to talk on iPhones. Maybe this can help you in the meantime as you are working on your speech. Other comedians that stutter are also on the show.
