I Claudius is better. The King's Speech is a great movie, but not entirely accurate. In reality the speech therapist did the opposite of what the movie portrayed; there was no digging deeper, just a series of tricks to avoid the stutter, which we all use. I Claudius is a BBC production from the late 1970s, based on Robert Graves novel. Claudius is written off as a fool because of his stutter but actually turns out to be a pretty good emperor, especially when compared to Nero and Caligula. For stutterers both are must sees.
