I learned mindfulness meditation and learned how to be 'present' in my conversations. When I'm speaking to someone, I'm fully present with the person and the topic we are discussing. I'm not paying attention to my stutter because I'm focusing all my energy in being present in the conversation so I forget about my stutter and just respond. 99% of my responses have no blocks, no repetitions, no Stuttering because I am engulfed in the conversation. This takes a lot of practice, I focus on my diaphragmatic breathing, and I've found great success. I still have rough days but I am learning to be more present in my conversations.
