Have you tried VR simulations for speech? The most elaborated one is ovation vr. They added AI lately to ask you questions. It also has multiplayer. I will try it this year with meta quest 3. I graduated in december in computer science. Had appoitments for jobs interview by phone but I was so afraid so I rejected them. My current job is construction and while you are exposed to the weather, the work enviroment is very calm as long as you know what you are doing and the pay is not that bad. Hopefully VR helps me
