Well, I would advice you to get rid of the panic and embrace the situation and be proud that you entered it. Don't judge emotionally about how you speak, look at it from a technological angle only. You will see, that the anxiety fades if you manage to control your emotions and dont blame yourself for how you speak. Look at it like this: For you, the whole speaking engine has to be consciously controlled in stressful situation in difference to normal speakers. Thats just how it is but we have to get used to that. However, you might have realized that you stutter less when you stay in a speaking situation that was anxiety provoking while entering. And you will see, that it gets easier to regulate you breathing pattern for example. Be proud that you entered the situation. You can do this!
