To me, it sounds like you should get out more. Stop living alone. Join a social club etc. People who stutter have gone on to do amazing things in pretty much every career imaginable. If it helps, I had similar concerns to you when I was your age. “How do I make money without taking to people?” I chose programming because that was what I enjoyed. I became self employed and took jobs off job boards, converting those people into regular clients. This was 90% achieved via online messaging and I was doing alright. When a key client went under I decided to seek employment. Had 5 interviews in a week. 2 were awful. 3 were ok. Landed a reasonable job. Promotions and progress have followed yearly since then. I also have a severe blocking stutter. Saying my name is often hell. However, when I settled into a team I quickly became respected and became more comfortable speaking. Life got easier. I suspect a similar thing would happen to you if you give it a chance.
