I appreciate your concern, and I take it to heart. I strictly try things that have been backed up by concrete research studies. Things like ashwaghanda, bacopa monnieri, and a sublingual CBD solution have promising reports of reducing anxiety, whether it be social or generalized. I would still like to hear from people who have tried other things. Perhaps Pagaclone?
