Unusually fluent

Unusually fluent I have been noticing an unusual level of fluency in my speech.I just started noticing it during the start of this month.I haven't been doing any speech practice,nor am I taking any medication and there is no change in my social interactions. And it is not an improvement in my stutter but a complete lack of stutter.There were some words that I used to stutter really bad,and by habit during a conversation I thought I was going to stutter on that word but magically it came smoothly. It's been almost a month and a half that this has been going on and I am unable to understand why the sudden change from moderate stutter to a complete stop in stutter and is there chance that the stutter is going to come back.
