I don't say anything to people I just met about finishing my words, but I will if we talk for an extended period of time. And at work, I make it perfectly clear it's not ok to do. Being in a professional (well, sort of professional) environment, I'm perfectly empowered to nip that shit in the bud. Large companies/corporations are all about maintaining harassment free environments, and I ride that train to the end of the rails!
