Both statements are indirectly urging us not to focus on stuttering (dysfluency). It can clearly be inferred. But let's not go back n forth, I was just making a point that there is no cure to stop what we have and I'm tired of seeing stuff like this. Even Steve Harvey tried this crap on his show with a young woman who stuttered.
