Never known anyone else to "switch words" like I do 😅  Years ago I used to have trouble pronouncing words starting with K, like car, so I'd say "a whole car", as the string of words starting with A led me comfortably. No idea why. I used to know as I was talking if I was coming up to a word I couldn't say, and I'd have to think of a different word to switch with. Tiring stuff.  Still struggle with Ks and Ts, and some sounds, so it sounds like I have hiccups sometimes, and one little kid has asked me if I had the hiccups 😅🫣
